Ben Smith band are a groove-ballad driven 5 piece that play songs about love, life and parties.
Ben Smith bounces his ballads onto his life long friend Tim O’Connor (on drums) at which time he injects the ballads with a good dose of dynamic funk/groove/driven reggae and intense smashing of the skins.
Then Nick Fischer (on base), Meagan Thomson (on violin), And the one and only Billy Abbott (on sax) begin to bring life to the melodies and rhythms with their beautiful intuition of music. When these well traveled professionals congregate magic happens.
